Proposal:
Proposed development comprises the partial change of use of an existing agricultural building to a single dwellinghouse (Max 150sqm, together with building operations reasonably necessary to facilitate the conversion, in accordance with Schedule 2, Part 3, Class Q of the General Permitted Development Order. The development relates to part of the existing agricultural building, with the remaining portion retained for agricultural use. No new buildings are proposed. The conversion utilises the existing footprint, height, and volume of the building, with only minor external alterations required to provide residential amenity, including the insertion of windows and doors.
