Alteration, refurbishment, and extension of existing student accommodation including partial demolition of fifth floor at Bonham Carter House and sixth and seventh floors at Warwickshire House; erection of replacement fifth floor at Bonham Carter House and two-storey roof extension across both buildings; creation of ground floor level openings at Bonham Carter House to Gower Street and Malet Street elevations for provision of a new pedestrian link; associated exterior works including new roof level plant facilities, landscaping to internal courtyard, alterations to existing fenestration, erection of new lift/stair cores to courtyard, and associated works.
