Proposal:

Deed of variation to amend the clauses of Section 106 agreements dated 01/112007 (ref 2007/3283/P), 03/06/2010 (ref 2010/1344/P) and 19/10/2012 (ref 2011/5498/P) relating to the Arlington House supported accommodation and low cost rented units scheme; namely to bring together the 44 low-cost rented units of the scheme under a single regime for rent setting and letting controls for the purposes of intermediate housing.
