Masterplan proposal for Chiltern View comprising the regularisation of change of use of nursery to a Garden Centre together with regularisation of unauthorised extensions, erection of a new extension to the existing glasshouse; provision of covered seating area and toilets to serve the approved cafe (ref: 24/01903/APP), creation of a new pedestrian access from Wendover Road; establishment of a new horticultural growing area with associated polytunnels, nursery yard and tool shed, creation of a sensory garden and electric vehicle charging facilities fronting Wendover Road, formation of a new access road from Quilters Way to serve adjoining Waste Transfer Station, Enterprise Skip Hire, Garden Centre Warehouses and B8 open storage, provision of an overflow parking area and extension of existing car parking area (retrospective) and its further internal rearrangement together with associated landscaping, attenuation basins and habitat creation
