Reinstatement of lapsed consent (ref. 15/06620/FUL) for part two storey / part single storey rear extension, with amendments including revised window arrangement to west elevation, addition of rooflight to the ground floor extension roof, and conversion of existing garage to home office. Existing garage door to be replaced with window and brick infill wall to match existing. Changes to rear patio and adding steps.
