Demolition of existing buildings and phased redevelopment to provide two separate buildings comprising a total of seven units for Class E(g) light industrial, Class B2 general industrial and Class B8 storage and distribution uses, with ancillary office accommodation, service yard, car parking, cycle parking, perimeter fencing, landscaping and other associated works. Each phase is independent and severable.
