Refurbishment and enhancement of existing industrial units including: new cladding and amendments to fenestration; demolition of single storey front extension to Block 5; the reduction in the yard space of Block 3a to deliver additional open space; associated works including the installation of new infrastructure, operational and sustainability improvements;; the widening of the use of Units 1 and 2 to include Use Classes E(g)(ii), E(g)(iii), B2 and B8; the widening of the use of Units 4a,4b,4c,4d and 5 to include Use Classes E(g)(iii), B2 and B8; and the change of use and subdivision of Unit 3 to part Use Class E(d) and part sui generis (vehicle rental) (including ancillary office space in each unit).
