Outline planning application (all matters reserved) for the demolition of all structures and phased redevelopment of the site to provide buildings extending up to 39m in height, comprising a mix of uses including: light industrial, general industrial, storage, distribution and logistics, waste facility and data centre, and ancillary office spaces, creation of servicing areas and provision of associated services, including waste, refuse, cycle storage, and lighting; and all associated works and operations including but not limited to: demolition; earthworks; provision of attenuation infrastructure, engineering operations.
