Proposal:

T1) Reduce Sycamore radial spread towards the house by 3m max, leaving minimum 3m. To rebalance lower crown following snapped branches on the other side, and allow light to the lawn. T2) Remove Pine tree branches extending towards the chimney pipe. T3) Remove large Cypress tree from the front corner, has outgrown the compact space. Request to not replace due to lack of suitable space.
