Non Material amendedment to planning permission 22/0670 allow the Gladstone housetypes to be replaced by Oakwell housetypes; the Lowrey house types to re-introduce a pediment; the repositioning of the houses on plots 178-181 and the handing of the house on plot 181; the omission of the gable window on plot 111; and amendments to the landscaping plans, particularly the position and form of the attenuation basins.
