Variation to S106 Agreement dated 20th August 2021 pursuant to planning application 10/21/0122 "Erection of 343 dwellings with associated works including car parking, landscaping and open space" to re-allocate the contributions secured for the education provision for additional places at St Peter's C of E primary school to be spent on SEN places across primary schools, within Darwen and secondary schools across the borough
