Clearance of existing building and laying out of site to allow for the erection of a 3 storey building (which would have a service rise element that would protrude above main part of roof line) to accommodate 11 flats (Use class C3); external and undercroft parking, associated landscaping and creation of a dropped kerb to allow for vehicle access over to connect to the road as well as other associated works.
