Proposal:
All reserved matters except access for the residential development of 7 dwellings, pursuant to Outline permission 21/02087/OUT, including variation of approved plans condition 2 attached to 23/00495/REM to allow for alterations to plot 7. The alterations sought are the insertion of three roof lights (two in the front roofscape and one in the rear roofscape), conversion of the loft into habitable space, alterations to the approved fenestration, a minor reduction to the ridge height (by approximately 0.2 metres), and a minor increase to the width (by approximately 0.05 metres) and length of the dwelling (by approximately 0.065 metres).
