Creation of an outdoor decked seating area with associated stepped access and ramp, external alterations to Promenade facing elevation of Hall to create a new entrance and window openings with retractable awning to support the provision of a cafe at Marine Hall. Extension to existing WC block and creation of new rear entrance lobby within the colonnade, alongside associated refurbishment works.
