Full proposal

Partial demolition of sections of the existing single storey and two storey production areas to the northern and eastern elevations and inclusive of ancillary single storey buildings and structures to the building perimeter and site. Erection of new east gable façade, open canopy, and formation of an extended service yard. Erection of a single storey infill extension to the southwest corner, ground floor infill extension to the northwest corner with new access door openings and external open canopy to the west façade. Remodelling of the existing roof areas and formation of four new penthouse sections. Recladding of the production area roofs and perimeter walls. Installation of 12 raw material external silos, ancillary equipment, and plant containment to the southern building façade
