Installation of double glazing to the front windows of the basement flat overlooking the basement lightwell; installation of light-coloured porcelain tiles to the basement floor area and to the stair treads, risers and landing on the external stair leading from the pavement level to basement (Retrospective); and removal of the solid concrete / masonry wall providing guarding to the external stair leading from the pavement level down to basement level.
