Replacement of existing single glazed timber widows to double glazed uPVC windows and replacement of existing zinc roof. Replacement of zinc flat roof with thermal insulation to achieve Park L and new 3 layer felt flat roof (height increase by approx. 0.300m) to include rear additions.
