Internal alterations comprising of removal of internal wall and replacement of existing ceilings with an acoustic and fireproof ceiling, replacement of steel and timber fenestration and steel-framed doors with painted timber, slim-line double glazed units and landscaping work to reinstate the rear garden with new garden lighting (Flat B, Basement).
