Refurbishment and reconfiguration of main building to provide a seven-bedroom guest house and conversion and extension of the coach house to form a self-contained unit. Works to include erection of a single storey timber building to provide ancillary guest facilities including a games room and classroom space, along with reconfiguration of external area to support the proposed uses.
