Proposed alterations including erection of an extension above the existing rear addition with mansard style roof slopes, formation of a roof terrace above the rear addition with obscured glazed screening, erection of a roof access structure and installation of rooflight above stair, installation of rear and side dormer windows, replacement rear dormer window, installation of air conditioning condenser units at roof level, alterations to front boundary treatment including railings, gate and masonry pier, installation of timber bin store, and associated internal alterations.
