Full proposal

Demolition of the existing single-storey rear extension and replacement full-width rear single-storey extension. Expansion of the existing basement to create habitable space including formation of two front lightwells. Replacment ground floor side extension. Addition of two front elevation conservation roof lights and two side dormer windows to existing main roof. Alteration of existing closet wing roof profile with new pitched roof configuration with gable end.
