Demolition of existing 5-storey office building and Construction of a new 6-storey (plus lower ground floor / basement floor) mixed-use building with office space at basement, ground, first and second and third floors and 2 x 2 bedroom residential flats above (1 x unit per floor level). Along with internal plant space, and external cycle parking, associated landscaping, external refuse and recycling areas, and access arrangements.
