To internally block up the side access door and create a timber stud wall along all edges of the internal room to provide housing for insulation. To then be plastered finish, in keeping with the current internal finish of the room (modern plaster). Install additional electrical points within this stud wall frame, to ensure the usability of the room as a study area.
