Full proposal

Proposed internal refurbishment to a Grade II listed dwelling within a conservation area. Works include the removal and alteration of non original internal partitions, minor internal reconfiguration, skimming using appropriate traditional materials, and upgrades to services. Repairs and sympathetic upgrades to windows (including secondary glazing) are proposed, alongside new floor finishes, replacement of non original doors, stair replacement, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and like for like timber repairs. All works are internal and intended to preserve the character and significance of the listed building.
