Temporary change of use of the site from Class C2 (residential institutions) to Class F.2 (c) (Areas or places for outdoor sport or recreation) - Padel Sports Centre. Installation of 3 padel courts within pavilion enclosure and 1 external padel court, canopies, 2x cabins, car parking and cycle storage, associated landscaping, boundary treatment and erection of floodlights.
