Full proposal

Conversion of garages, construction of ground floor front, rear and infill extensions, and a new porch. Addition of pitched roofs to the original garage, including a hipped roof linking to the existing roof, and a new dormer. Alterations to external elevations, including render and cladding, along with hard landscaping to the front driveway and the formation of a raised rear seating area with steps and patio.
