Proposed conversion of existing attached carport into habitable accommodation ancillary to the main dwellinghouse. Works include the infilling of the existing open front and rear sections of the carport, installation of a new front entrance door with adjacent window, installation of rear French doors, and internal alterations including the formation of a new approximately 1900 mm wide structural opening between the existing dwelling and converted area.
