Use of property as a residential care home for 2 children aged between 8 and 17 years (Class C2) supported by up to 3 members of care staff (working on a rota basis) and a manager or deputy manager present during weekdays, would not be materially different to the propertys current lawful use as a dwellinghouse, (Class C3).
