Demolition of the existing buildings and the erection of two buildings (Block A - part 12, part 10, part 2 storey and Block B - part 15, part 12 storey) to provide residential apartments (Use Class C3) comprising (159 x 1-bed, 67 x 2-bed, and 39 x 3-bed) with associated facilities, and flexible workspace (Use Class E) (447sqm) with associated access, parking and landscaping arrangements, including the stopping up (closure) of Kingsgate Road. This application is accompanied by and Environmental Statement Further information and evidence respecting environmental statements has been received in accordance with Regulation 25 of The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017. The application has been amended to provide approximately 10% affordable housing.
