Subdivision of existing single industrial unit into five separate units, external works include installation of new cladding to walls, roof, new pedestrian, vehicular access doors to serve each unit and internal works include reconfiguring to form five self-contained units through construction of new separating walls, each unit will be provided with welfare facilities and upgraded internal finishes.
