T4 - Magnolia - Remove, in order to do the works, clear some of the shrubs to the front to re-plant a new Magnolia tree approx. 1.5 m further forward of the house to ensure it has room to grow and flourish - T6 -Cypress, Remove, replace with an alternative smaller evergreen such as Japense Cedar - T8 - Blue Atlas Cedar (owned by no 15) - Crown raise on our boundary to 8m above ground leve to provide clearance to property.
