Outline planning application (with all matters reserved apart from access) for the demolition of the dwellinghouse known as Priors, the provision of up to 100 dwellings (Use Class C3) and associated infrastructure including but not limited to new access road, sustainable urban drainage systems, public open space, landscaping, child play space, shop; and appropriate boundary treatment to the railway.
