Informative A: replacement planting is encouraged with a small tree further away from the rear of the house such as crab apple, hawthorn, hazel, elder, Amelanchier, medlar, quince (Cydonia oblonga), Cornus mas, Magnolia stellata, and/or native species hedge along the side boundary. Informative B: to thank for retaining other trees in the rear garden for amenity, wildlife and shade to reduce high temperatures in increasingly hot summers due to climate change; Informative C: please create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity, create hedgehog highway holes in fencing.
