Listed building application for works to the barn and the farmhouse. Works to the barn include a replacement roof, removal of masonry to the front elevation to allow repair work & reinstatement and insertion of structural steelwork. Works to the farmhouse include removal of the tin carport and UPVC lean-to, external alterations to include external lighting, replacement waste pipes, new external boiler housing, vents, repainting of windows/doors and fascias, repointing of external stonework and fixing of a gate to existing boundary wall and internal alterations to include new walls, doors and stove and repairs to existing internal doors
