Application for Listed Building Consent for internal and external alterations including: replacement of the existing roof with fibre cement slates and replacement of the lead valley gutter. Replacement of flat roofs to the outrigger with a single ply membrane; repointing of the rear elevation, including the removal of the concrete coping and rebuilding of brick coping to the single storey element of the outrigger (Retrospective). Installation of a new boiler flue through the existing masonry wall at upper ground floor and installation of a new rooflight to the low level roof of the outrigger. Relocation of radiators. Removal of recessed downlighters (except in the WC) and making good of ceilings. First floor: Installation of a built-in cupboard in Bedroom 1. Relocation of radiators. Removal of recessed downlighters (except in the WC) and making good of ceilings. General works: Removal of existing built-in joinery. Installation of secondary glazing throughout. Replacement of electrical installations, including new fire and security alarms. Adaptation of plumbing, drainage, and soil vent pipes.
