Installation of a new bin store on West View amenity land, adjacent to site boundary, involving creation of a new area of hard standing, erection of a timber enclosure to the rear and sides of bins, removal of a section of existing hedgerow, reconstruction of damaged section of front wall, and formation of a gated pedestrian access.
