Lower Ground Floor - Replace existing half glazed external door and transom with a composite door. Replace an existing single glazed casement window. Replace a fixed light single glazed window. Upper Ground Floor - Replace two fixed light double glazed windows with triple glazed uPVC fixed lights and fit stone lintels above. Roof - Repair existing chimney by rebuilding the top two courses with new matching stonework as required, reinstate existing pots. Replace existing dilapidated Velux windows with the same size. Replace dilapidated uPVC guttering and downpipes with new. Fit two new low profile slate tile vents. Repaint soffit and facia woodwork. Fit an external soil stack.
