Removal of conditions 9 (preliminary risk assessment), 10 (site investigation scheme), 11 (quantitative risk assessment), 12 (remediation method statement) , 13 (verification report) and 14 (long term monitoring methodology) of planning permission ref: 2023/01012/FUL granted 31st July 2024 for the 'Conversion of existing single-family dwellinghouse into 2 x 2-bedroom self-contained flats; Demolition and re-building of part of the lower ground floor back additions; erection of a new external staircase from the lower ground to upper ground floor level at the rear of the property; formation of a terrace with 1700mm screenings and installation of a new door to access the terrace at the upper ground floor level to the rear elevation; installation of 2no rooflights in the front roofslope; replacement of existing windows and doors with new timber double glazed windows and timber doors (front only) and UPVC at the rear; replacement of 1no existing window with an AOV window at the first floor level to the rear elevation; installation of a new door to replace the existing window and existing window with a new door at the lower ground floor level to the rear elevation; replacement of existing steel rainwater and waste pipes with black uPVC pipes to the rear elevation; installation of an extract grill to the front elevation; installation of a new gate and provision of cycle and refuse storage within the front lightwell; installation of a cycle runner at the front of the property'.
