Erection of a rear roof extension, including installation of 2no. sets of French doors with Juliet balconies; installation of 4no. rooflights to the front roofslope; installation of 6no. solar panels to the flat roof of the proposed rear roof extension; installation of 2no. walk-on rooflights to the existing rear roof terrace at first floor level; installation of an awning to the rear elevation at first floor level; and installation of a new replacement glazed front entrance door.
