Erection of a front roof extension with 3no dormer windows in the front roofslope; erection of a rear extension at second floor level over part of the existing back addition; erection of a two storey extension at ground and first floor level to the side of the main building; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of the existing back addition; excavation of the front, rear and side gardens to form lightwells in connection with the creation of a new basement; installation of French doors with a Juliet balcony following the removal of an existing window to the rear roofslope; infilling of the existing windows and installation of a new window to the rear elevation at first floor level and alterations to the side wall of first floor rear back addition; erection of an external staircase from basement to ground floor level at the rear of the property; demolition and re-building of the side boundary wall with brickwork and including a side access gate (facing Stevenage Road); de-conversion of the existing building from 2no self-contained flats into a single family dwellinghouse (part-retrospective).
