Change of use of existing buildings from offices (Class E) into 8no self-contained residential flats (Class C3) comprising of 3 x 1 bedroom and 3 x 2 bedroom flat within 'Building A' and 2 x 1 bedroom flats within 'Building B'; external alterations to 'Building A' to include: replacement of existing roof of ground floor rear back addition with a new replacement roof covering including rooflights and 6no air source heat pumps to replace the existing air conditioning units, infilling of the existing front side doors, and installation of new glazed doors to replace the existing glazing at ground floor level to the front elevation; external alterations to 'Building B' to include: installation of 2no air source heat pumps to replace the existing air conditioning units and installation of 8no solar panels at main roof level, installation of a new entrance door opening at the front elevation and replacement of existing window with a new window re-located to the side elevation at ground floor level; conversion of existing garage into bin and cycle storage; associated landscaping.
