Erection of a rear roof extension, including installation of French doors and a Juliet balcony; installation of 3no. rooflights to the front roofslope, following removal of an existing rooflight; alterations to the roof of the existing single storey rear extension at ground floor level, replacing the pitched roof to a flat roof; and installation of bi-folding doors to replace existing windows and French doors to the rear elevation of the existing single storey rear extension at ground floor level.
