Full Proposal

Deconversion of the existing building from 9no. self-contained flats into a single family dwellinghouse; erection of a three storey rear extension at lower ground, upper ground and first floor level, following the demolition of external steps in the rear garden and demolition of external staircase to the rear elevation at upper ground floor level leading into the rear garden; formation of a roof terrace on top of the flat roof of proposed three storey rear extension, enclosed with metal railings to the sides and rear elevations, and installation of double glazed uPVC sliding doors to provide access to the proposed roof terrace to the rear elevation at second floor level; alterations to the main roof to include erection of metal railings around the flat roof and infill the voids between the chimneys in connection with the formation a roof terrace, and erection of a free standing sky box rooflight to provide access to the proposed roof terrace at main roof level; replacement of existing windows and doors with new double glazed timber windows and doors to the front elevation; replacement of existing main front entrance door with a new timber door; alterations to the front garden to include extension of the existing platform on the entrance level and removal of the existing steps down into the courtyard; replacement of existing windows with new double glazed uPVC windows to the rear elevation; alterations to fenestration to include installation of new double glazed uPVC double doors following the removal of existing windows to the rear elevation between the lower and upper ground floor level.
