Refurbishment of kitchen area and surrounding offices/store rooms, dining hall and associated WCs following flooding. Includes stripping out of all modern fixtures and finishes, doors, installation of new cold rooms, plus re-decoration. replacement of 2 no. extract louvres, installation of 1 no. new metal louvre to a window frame, installation of 2no. condensers and pipework to dining hall flat roof. Internal mechanical and electrical works.
