Discharge of planning obligation within Section 106 Agreement dated 26th January 2018, relating to planning permission 06/15/0737/F (Residential development including 113 dwellings, access road and open space) - Submission of (1) proposed Open Space Works Specification comprising landscaping, paths, access, street furniture, fencing and remedial works including drainage at the area of Open Space Land; and, (2) Arrangements for providing the Open Space Land Maintenance Contribution. (Section 106 Agreement Schedule 3 clauses 2.1 - 2.7).
