Full proposal

Demolition of existing external access walkway, pier support and entrance porch. The proposal is to retain part of the masonry support wall and reused as part support of the new access walkway. Erection of replacement treated timber post and balustraded external access walkway with timber / timber effect type walkway and new entrance porch with additional staired access to rear garden.
