Removal and replacement of first floor ceilings and second floor internal wall. Works to dormer window including repair of rotten timber sections. Installation of replacement of bay window roof and second floor window lintels. Removal and replacement of loft insulation to facilitate roof timber inspection and insect treatment. Installation of roof ventilation.
