Lawful Development Certificate for Existing - Use Class C3 as approved but has not been occupied in accordance with condition 3 of planning permission ALR 8863 dated 19th June 1968 for the erection of a pair of agricultural dwellings at Baileys Farm. Condition 3 states that "the occupiers of the dwellings shall be persons employed or last employed in agriculture, as defined by Section 221(1) of the Town & Country Planning Act, 1962, or in forestry of the dependents of such persons."
