Replace conservatory with sun room on rear west elevation; removal of walls and doors in hallway & creation of new WC; removal of small section of original wall leading from hall into new sunroom to accommodate new double doors; remove section of thatch & continue flat roof finish with the addition of rainwater goods on front elevation; addition of roof lantern on flat roof; addition of 2no. rooflights in west elevation & reduce ground level in rear garden
