Reinstatement and correction of cavity barriers within the brick-clad façade; Installation of missing vertical cavity barriers and review of existing horizontal cavity barriers within the rainscreen cladding system; Verification and replacement, if required, of the window adjacent to Plot 10 to ensure appropriate fire resistance; Temporary removal and reinstatement of existing aluminium cladding panels and limited areas of brickwork solely to facilitate access for the above works (Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed Development)
